The Get Together
To celebrate the release of Facebook’s new Portal device, we crafted a 12-room immersive experience that reminded guests about what is most important during the holiday season - connecting with their loved ones. With 10+ actors, live carolers, and a photo moment, every detail was carefully thought out. Following its 11-day run, Portal experienced an 8X increase in device sales in NYC compared to prior weeks, a 3X lift in positive sentiment across social, and a 400% lift in social mentions of Portal's hashtags. Guests spent an average of 40 minutes in the experience and 85% said they would consider buying a Portal device.
As an Account Manager on the project, I helped facilitate communication between client and agency creative teams. I also managed the day-to-day workflow of our internal teams, connecting Media, Strategy, Production, and Experiential to create a cohesive and amplified holiday event.
