Typographer Booklet

To explore the styles of renowned modern typographers, I created this 'foldable' book outlining their lives, careers, and notable achievements. One side highlights the work of Tobias Frère-Jones and Jonathan Hoefler, while the other focuses on Paula Scher. When printed, the entire sheet can be folded into what is known as a 'Hot Dog Book', where one side can be viewed in book form, while hiding the other. The images below display the entire sheet (front & back), as well as the different spreads when folded. The designs are meant to emulate the aesthetic of each artist, drawing emphasis to their most popular typefaces. (All copy was sourced from online biographies)
